Non-Tenure Track Position

The Institute of Philosophy at National Sun Yat-sen University in Kaohsiung, Taiwan (R.O.C.), invites applications for a non-tenure track position (Assistant Professor or above). The appointment is to be effective on August 1, 2021

Qualification:

1. Candidates should have a nationality other than R.O.C.
2. Candidates should have a Ph.D. degree in philosophy
3. Candidates should be able to teach in both Mandarin and English
4. Candidates should have at least two years teaching experience

Research field:

Contemporary German and French philosophy

Application Documents:

1. Curriculum vitae, including a list of publications
2. A photocopy of certificate/evidence  of  currently held academic  position if any
3. A photocopy of the Ph.D. diploma ( including a photocopy of R.O.C. authentication)
4. Doctoral thesis and offprints of recent publications (within five years)
5. Teaching subjects and course syllabi
6. Three recommendation letters

Deadline: All application materials must be received no later than Dec 20, 2020.
