This talk is two-fold: to share how an ongoing philosophical practice aims to reconstruct the philosophy of Zhuangzi in a contemporary context, and on this basis, delve into an innovative integration of science and medicine, religion and self-cultivation, and to address how this practice may be construed as a way to react to major challenges of our time.
