Starting in 1913, Jung conducted a 16-year self-experiment. Jung recorded, reflected on, and drew the fantasies he experienced during these experiments in a book with a red leather cover. It was called the New Book (liber novus), also known as The Red Book. This lecture will discuss Jung's views on "religion" and "healing" from the perspective of Jung's experience and writing of The Red Book.
